As we continue to move forward with all the changes taking place in our life and the world around us, we notice more and more of how our old world and way of being is coming apart and being challenged within us.
At times it can be intense emotionally, which can also show up as upheaval and personal challenges. This can lead to feelings of confusion, overwhelm, emptiness and loss, however these changes are part of the course.
The energies are continuing to amp up to push us harder to wrap things up and get the gift out of all our experiences. Our emotions along with confusion are being used as a means to catapult us into awareness and growth, which can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience.
During the 3-Day Retreat, Franco will offer some hands on processes and provide tools to take away. The retreat will be shaped to provide what the people attending can use to support them on their journey. Part of the aim is to provide an environment where people can achieve a higher level of peace, neutrality and playfulness. Join us!
