Gearing Up For the Season


Among some of our strongest supporters are those who enjoy The Hive's close proximity to world class attractions.

Only 4 minutes from Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, bookings from groups and individuals who attend Mosport events are coming in. Teams are taking advantage of the ability to rent the entire house and individuals are booking early. Reserve your spot!

This year, we are offering special services to our guests including the ability to dine at the heritage church next door. If you are with a group, contact us for details.

Creativity, community and connection are key to our programming at The Hive Centre. The 2017 schedule will be available at The Hive's Community Night on Friday, April 28th. Unable to join us in person? Tune in on Facebook through the 1COMMUNITY1 sponsored live feed.
 
A Different Kind of Bee & Bee

Did you know that the owners of The Hive, Kevin and Elsii, live at the church next door and that the Bee & Bee is used exclusively for guests?

Guests report feeling comfortable and at home at the bed and breakfast. Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. A self-serve continental breakfast, with local food items, is provided for guests.

For groups who are interested in renting both The Hive Centre and Bee & Bee, packages are available for rentals and retreats. Learn more.

Woodland Wonder Costumes Underway!
Owner/Director, Elsii Faria, is an artist and costume maker. She has been going back to her roots to create forest-themed costumes for The Hive's Woodland Wonder Birthday Parties.

The Hive's Woodland Wonder Forest Festivities are designed to get children outside to experience the magic, wonder and benefits of nature... turns out that adults like to play too! Here we are with friends and collaborators, Shayne Traviss and Timm Emberley - having fun with costume.

Come out and celebrate Spring at The Hive's Potluck Community Night on Friday, April 28th from 6-10pm.

Meet Honoured Guest, Bear Standing Tall who will speak about the work of his organization and perform an authentic Indigenous drum song.
