Frequency Meditation with Kevin Craddock
Positively affect your well-being and how you relate to yourself and your experience through Frequency Meditation.

Everything is in a constant state of vibration – frequency is vibration – frequency is sound. When you meditate within a frequency you can harmonize with its characteristics.

In this session, Kevin Craddock, musician, producer and sound specialist, will lead you through a self-guided meditation immersed within an environment that is enriched with soft, ambient soundscapes harmonizing with pure tones and sacred frequencies.

The numerous benefits include enhanced health, well-being, state of mind, balance, focus, creativity, happiness and a sense of fulfillment.
Let Thy Wild Food Be Thy Medicine with Karen Stephenson

Master Naturalist, Karen Stephenson teaches us the basics and benefits of wild plant identification and their benefits for optimum health.

Nutrition from wild plants is essential for a multitude of reasons. The supplement industry is massive and many products can not be trusted - you can trust nature. We will learn the basics of plant identification, explore what edible and medicinal plants are around The Hive and how they help nourish our body.

Be empowered to enhance the quality of your health. Learn the value of free food growing everywhere and how to use wild plants in everyday meals.

Edible Wild Food Testing - Blog

There are many plants, bushes, and trees throughout the world that are edible. Tasting or swallowing even a small portion of some can cause severe discomfort, allergies, internal disorders, and even death. If you are not able to identify a plant, bush, berry, or tree with 100% certainty then seek help from someone who is experienced. Learn more in this blog by Karen Stephenson.
